How to Partially Send Stones from a Parcel on customer memo?

This guide will help you understand how to partially send stones from a parcel/lot on memo using the GemCloud Trader ERP system. Follow the steps below and refer to the accompanying GIFs for visual guidance.

Step 1: Access Your Inventory

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Catalog.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select My Inventory.

Step 2: Select a Parcel or Lot

  1. Browse through My Inventory.
  2. Click on the parcel you need to send on memo

Step 3: Initiate Memo Process

  1. After selecting the parcel, click on the Add to dropdown.
  2. Choose customer memo from the options.
Step 4: Draft Memo Creation
  1. A new Draft customer memo page will appear with the details of the selected stone.

Step 5: Choose Partial Memo Option

  1. Select the parcel again within the draft memo.
  2. Click on the Partial memo button,

Step 6: Enter Details for Partial Memo

  1. A new box will appear.
  2. Enter the required details for the stones you want to send on memo:
    • Weight
    • Quantity
    • Price
  3. Click on Add to memo.

Step 7: Finalize Memo

  1. The parent stone will automatically revert to My Inventory and stone status will be changed to Partial M.O.
  2. The child stone (partial memo) will be added to the customer memo.
  3. Click on save to finalize

Step 8: View Parcel Summary

  1. To check the summary of your parcel:
    • Go back to My Inventory.
    • Click on the Entrust button to see the summary of memo out stones from that parcel.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and send partial parcels on customer memo, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth transactions.
