   Step 1: Accessing the Memo Section

1. To begin, log in to GemCloud and navigate to the Accounting section on the left-hand side of the interface. From the dropdown menu, select "Memo" and then choose "Customer Memo" to view a list of active memos.
   

      Step 2: Viewing the Memo

1. Once you click on Customer memo, the page will appear as below.
2. This is a memo overview page and you'll see the list of memos available.
   
   
   

   Step 3: Removing the Stone

1. Now choose a memo from which you want to remove a stone and click on eye icon.
   
2. In this memo, you'll see the stones. You need to select the stone in a checkbox and then click the button "Remove from memo", and then on Yes button.
