How to remove a stone from memo?

GemCloud is a revolutionary platform that allows gemstone enthusiasts and professionals to manage their gemstone inventories and collections efficiently. In this article, we will provide you with a step-by-step guide on how to remove a stone from a memo in GemCloud, ensuring the safe extraction of the stone without causing any damage.

Step 1:

Go to the dashboard page of GemCloud and on the left side of the page you'll see the Accounting option, you need to click on that.



Step 2:

Once you click on Accounting, you'll see the options in drop down menu i-e Invoices, Memos, Lists, Quotation, Shipping documents, Account receivables and Partner payable. You need to click on memos.


Step 3:

Once you click on memos, you'll see two options in drop down menu i-e Customer memos, Supplier memos. You need to click on Customer memos.


Step 4:

Once you click on Customer memo, the page will appear as below.


Step 5:

This is a memo overview page and you'll see the list of memos available.


Step 6:

Now choose a memo from which you want to remove a stone and click on eye icon.


Step 7:

In this memo, you'll see the stones. You need to select the stone in a checkbox and then click the button Remove from memo.

Step 8:

After removing a stone from memo, you need to click on Save button.



Removing a stone from its memo setting requires patience, precision, and the right tools. By understanding the memo setting and utilizing technologies like GemCloud, jewelers can ensure the safe removal of gemstone.
