How do you save an invoice?

Saving an Invoice in GemCloud is a simple and straightforward process that can be completed in just few clicks. Step 1:

Navigate to the Accounting section on the left menu of your GemCloud dashboard. Click on the Accounting option.



Step 2:

From the dropdown menu, select Customer Invoices, and a new page will load showing all your Customer Invoices.


Step 3:

You will be redirected to a new page. Select the Invoice that you want to Save by clicking on it.


Step 4:

The Proforma Invoice page for the selected Invoice will appear. At the top right corner of the Proforma Invoice page, you will see Share, Export, Action and Save buttons in Blue.



Step 5:

Click on the Save button. A message will appear to confirm if you want to save the changes. Click Yes to confirm the Save.
