How to Perform Document Tax Fields Mapping in GemCloud?

Step 1: Access Configuration Settings

  1. Log in to GemCloud: Open your web browser and log in to your GemCloud account using your credentials.

  2. Click on the Configuration Button: Locate the Configuration button on the top right corner of the dashboard and click on it.


Step 2: Navigate to Document Tax Fields Mapping

  1. Go to the Customize ERP Section:
    • In the left menu, navigate to the Customize ERP section.
    • Click on Additional Settings.
    • From the dropdown menu, click on Document Tax Fields Mapping.

Step 3: Map and Rename Tax Fields

  1. Access the Document Tax Fields Mapping Overview Page: You will be directed to the Document Tax Fields Mapping overview page, where you can view and manage tax field mappings.

  2. Rename Default Values:

    • Find the default tax field value you wish to rename.
    • Click on the Edit button next to the field.
    • Enter the new name for the tax field in the provided field.
    • Click on Save to apply the changes.
  3. Verify Changes:

    • The system will now display the renamed value in place of the default tax field name.
