How to find a stone from a quick search bar?

GemCloud's Quick Search Button offers users a streamlined approach to searching for information within their system. The button, conveniently located within the application's interface, provides immediate access to a search bar, eliminating the need to navigate through multiple menus or pages. This intuitive design choice enables users to start searching instantly, saving valuable time and effort. It's just like a Google search engine, whatever you have in your inventory can be easily searchable.

Step 1:

Begin by navigating to GemCloud's dashboard page. Look for the prominent Quick Search option at the top of the page.

Step 2:

Click on the Quick Search option and choose the relevant category from the dropdown menu. Options include Multi-SKU search, Weight (Ct), Invoice/Purchase order, Customer/Supplier memo, List/Quotation

                                       

Step 3:

Within the selected category, enter the SKU number associated with the item you're searching for. For instance, if using Reference Search, input the SKU number of the desired stone.

Step 4:

You can also search a stone by it's name, shape and weight. For instance, if you want to search a Colored Diamond in Asscher shape with weight of 1ct then, it will show you the stone if available in your inventory. You have to simply write as " "Colored Diamond" Asscher 1ct" as given below.
