GemCloud software provides a user-friendly platform for creating lists and quotations, which are essential for any Business. We will guide you through the process of creating a list/Quotation.
Step 1:
Click on the Inventory Catalog option, and then click on My Inventory from the dropdown menu. Click on My Inventory page.
Step 2:
Select the product from your inventory for which you want to create a List.
Step 3:
Click on "Add to Document", select "Document Type" from the dropdown, choose "List", click on "Create New List", and you will be redirected to the Edit External Customer List page.
Step 4:
Here you can add List Id, Issue Date, List reason, and Description.
Step 5:
Select the Company Name. You can choose the company from the dropdown list or you can also add a new one .
Choose the receiver as Receiver info and Shipping info to fill the information accordingly.
Step 7:
Select the List price from the Auto-Populate Price section. You can also choose the Currency, Exchange Rate, and Price Encoding.
Step 8:
Below you will see the Gemstone list .If you want to add more, you can click on the Scan to add button, Add from Catalog button, or Add from an Excel as well.
Step 9:
In the Summary section you will see the summary of all the stones with each detail.
Step 10:
You can select or add a new bank in the Bank Account section on which you want to receive payment.
Step 11:
You can put the prices from the Total Price section in your List.
Step 12:
You can add any List/Quotation Terms and Conditions to your note. You can also Edit by click on Edit button.
Step 13:
On the top right corner, you will see three buttons: External List View ,Export and Action. Clicking on the External List view, it will display an Edit Internal List page which will be for yourself not for others, here you will fill the form accordingly.
Step 14:
Clicking on the Export button, a popup will appear. You can select Excel Export to export your List/Quotation in Excel Format.
Step 15:
Now your List will be exported in Excel Format .
Step 16 :
You can select PDF Export in order to export on PDF Format.
Step 17:
Clicking on the Actions button, Here, you can perform actions like Stock Take, Clear Audit, Create Digital Quotation, Put on Hold, Copy, and Cancel.
