How to check your Invoice History?

Checking the Invoice History in GemCloud can provide important information about the past transactions and updates made to the invoice. Here are some easy steps from which you can easily check the updated invoice history.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Accessing the Invoice Section

  1. Log In: Begin by logging in to GemCloud and navigating to the Accounting section.
  2. Select Invoice: From the dropdown menu, choose "Invoices" and then click on "Customer Invoices" to view a list of all Invoices.

    


Step 2: Invoice Overview
  1. View Invoices: You will be directed to the Invoices overview page where all Invoices are listed.

Step 3: Checking Invoice History

  1. Select Invoice: Click on the eye icon button next to the specific Invoice for which you want to check the history. This will open the details of that particular Invoice.

Step 4: Viewing History

  1. Navigate to History: Scroll down to the bottom of the Invoice details page to find the history section.
  2. Unhide History: In the bottom right corner of the history section, locate and click on the "Unhide" button to reveal the complete history of the Invoice.
