Internal Notes and relevant Documents attached to the Customer List can help the Internal Staff members to keep track of important information related to the list/quotation. It can also provide additional context and support for the Customer List/Quotation.
Step 1:
To add Internal Notes in Customer List start by logging into your GemCloud account and navigating to the left menu. Click on the Inventory Catalog and select the My Inventory section from the dropdown menu.
Step 2:
Select the product from your inventory for which you want to create a List. Click on "Add to Document", select "Document Type" from the dropdown, choose "List", click on "Create New List", and you will be redirected to the Edit External Customer List page.
Step 3:
After selecting you will be redirected to Edit Internal Customer List. Scroll down to the Additional Internal Information section where you can add Internal Notes for the stone.
Step 4:
Add the relevant information in the text box provided. This information will not be visible to your clients and will only be visible to the Internal Staff Members.
Step 5:
You can also upload any Documents related to the stone by clicking on the Upload File button located on the right-hand side of the page. The internal notes and any uploaded documents will be Saved and can be accessed by Internal Staff Members for reference purposes.
