How to Add/Remove Custom Fields?

Custom fields allow you to tailor your ERP system to better fit your business needs. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add and remove custom fields:

Step 1: Access Configuration Settings

  1. Click on the Configuration button located at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Custom Fields

  1. Navigate to the left menu of Customize ERP section, click on Field and Columns, from the dropdown click on Custom Fields.

Step 3: Add a New Custom Field

  1. You will be directed to the Custom Fields Overview page. Click on the Create New button.

  2. In the Create New Custom Field box, enter the following details:

    • Field Name
    • Field Description
    • Field Type

  3. Click on the Save button to save the custom field to the software.


Step 4: Edit or Delete a Custom Field

  1. In the Action column, click on the three dots next to the custom field you want to manage.
  2. From the dropdown menu, you can choose to Edit or Delete the custom field.

By following these steps, you can efficiently add or remove custom fields in your ERP system, ensuring it meets your specific requirements.
