Step 1: Navigate to the Archived Section

  1. Log in to GemCloud: Open your web browser and log in to your GemCloud account using your credentials.

  2. Access the Inventory Catalog:

    • Navigate to the left menu.
    • Click on Inventory Catalog.
    • From the dropdown menu, click on Archived.

Step 2: Apply Filters

  1. Access the Archived Product Page: You will be directed to the archived product page where all categories of archived stones are present.

  2. Use the Filter by Section:

    • Locate the Filter by section on the archived product page.
    • Select Filter by status and choose one of the following options:
      • All
      • Sold
      • Deleted
      • Transformed
      • Merged
      • In jewelry
      • Returned to supplier
  3. Set Date Range:

    • Select the From date.
    • Select the To date.
  4. Update Results:

    • Click on Update Results.
    • The stones matching the updated filter criteria will be displayed.
