How to Add Custom Pricing Fields?

Custom pricing fields allow you to define specific pricing structures that fit your business needs. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add custom pricing fields:

Step 1: Access Configuration Settings

  1. Click on the Configuration button located at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Navigate to Custom Pricing Fields

  1. Navigate to the left menu of the Customize ERP section, click on Fields and Columns.
  2. From the dropdown menu, click on Custom Pricing Fields.

Step 3: Add a New Custom Pricing Field

  1. You will be directed to the Custom Pricing Field Overview page. Click on the Add New button.

  2. Enter the following details in the Add New Custom Pricing Field form:

    • Price Name
    • Reference Price
    • Type
    • Adjustment Type
    • Adjustment
  3. Click on the Save button to save the custom pricing field to the system.


Step 4: Edit or Delete a Custom Pricing Field

  1. In the Action column, click on the three dots next to the custom pricing field you want to manage.
  2. From the dropdown menu, you can choose to Edit the custom pricing field, and for Delete you need to contact customer support.

By following these steps, you can efficiently add and manage custom pricing fields in your ERP system, ensuring it meets your specific pricing requirements.
