How to Activate Deleted Stones in GemCloud?
GemCloud allows users to manage their inventory efficiently, including the reactivation of deleted stones. This guide will walk you through the process of activating deleted stones from the archived section.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Archived Section
Log in to GemCloud:
Open your web browser and log in to your GemCloud account using your credentials.
Access the Inventory Catalog:
- Navigate to the left menu.
- Click on Inventory Catalog.
- From the dropdown menu, click on Archived.
Step 2: Select and Activate Deleted Stones
Access the Archived Product Page:
You will be directed to the archived product page where all categories of archived stones are present.
Select the Deleted Stones:
- Review the list of archived stones.
- Only the stones that have been deleted can be reactivated.
- Select the stones you want to activate by clicking on them.
Activate the Stones:
- Click on the Activate button.
- A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the action to proceed.
- Once confirmed, your selected stones will be reactivated and moved back to the active inventory.
